Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "You") and kelibet ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with kelibet, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and use of any feature, tool, or service made available on the kelibet platform.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, participating in a promotion, or simply browsing the kelibet platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This acceptance is recorded at the time of your first interaction with the platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with kelibet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering the account solely for your own personal use.

• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or impairment that would affect your capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

kelibet may request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed to our satisfaction.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment method used for the deposit, and all winnings generated will be forfeited without exception.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on kelibet. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change after registration.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration process is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of your account. kelibet reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during the lifecycle of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). kelibet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately at support@kelibet.

Account registration and use is intended for personal, recreational purposes only. Using the kelibet platform for any professional, commercial, or systematic advantage-play purpose is prohibited and may result in account restrictions or closure at kelibet's sole discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kelibet supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the relevant cashier page of the platform at the time of the transaction.

All deposits are credited to your kelibet account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. kelibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking intermediaries, or mobile financial service providers.

Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. Verified accounts in good standing may expect withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the cashier page. kelibet reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

• Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any illegal or criminal activity.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Fees: kelibet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kelibet accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant account balances as set out in our current fee schedule.

kelibet reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. • Each player may only claim each welcome or first-deposit promotion once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts or payment methods constitute bonus abuse.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse kelibet bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies to meet requirements — will be treated as bonus abuse. kelibet reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts found to be engaged in such activity.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kelibet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or subsequent verification procedures.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.

• Attempting to launder money or use the kelibet platform as a conduit for any financial crime.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or accessing another player's account without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any kelibet software or game.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards kelibet staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

kelibet employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, kelibet reserves the right to take any remedial action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to immediate account closure, withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation, and reporting of relevant information to law enforcement authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

kelibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for any fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purpose.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Continuing to permit the account to operate would expose kelibet, its other players, or any third party to unacceptable risk.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a responsible gaming authority.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requires us to do so.

Players may also request voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team at support@kelibet. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Where an account is closed by kelibet due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. kelibet will provide written notice of any such forfeiture via the email address registered to the account.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kelibet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kelibet shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, and whether or not such loss was foreseeable at the time of the relevant event:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or third-party service failures beyond kelibet's direct control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Losses arising from the player's own violation of these Terms.

The kelibet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will, where possible, be communicated to players in advance.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Amendments to These Terms

kelibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required to reflect changes in applicable law, updates to our product offering, changes to our payment or promotional structures, or for any other operational or legal reason.

When material amendments are made to these Terms, kelibet will take reasonable steps to notify registered players. This may include, but is not limited to, posting a notice on the kelibet website, sending an email notification to the address registered to your account, or displaying a notification upon your next login to the platform.

Amendments to these Terms take effect from the date they are published on this page, unless a later effective date is stated within the amendment notice. By continuing to use the kelibet platform after an amendment has been published and/or notified, you accept and agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account by contacting support@kelibet and ceasing all use of the kelibet platform. Your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. Players are encouraged to check this page periodically to remain aware of the current Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the player's use of the kelibet platform, shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. kelibet operates in the online gaming and sports betting sector and is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and compliant operating environment for all players across Bangladesh.

In the event that a dispute arises between a player and kelibet, the player is encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at support@kelibet with a clear and detailed description of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge the dispute and initiate an internal review process within 5 business days of receiving the complaint.

kelibet will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Our internal complaints process includes:

• Stage 1 — Initial Review: The support team reviews the complaint and provides an initial response within 5 business days.
• Stage 2 — Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with the Stage 1 outcome, the dispute may be escalated to kelibet's senior compliance team for a secondary review. A final written decision will be issued within 14 business days of escalation.
• Stage 3 — External Resolution: If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, players may seek resolution through any applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanism available in their jurisdiction.

All times referenced in these Terms are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All monetary amounts referenced are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise stated. The English language version of these Terms shall be the definitive and controlling version in the event of any conflict with a translation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
